Guided Trips

The Electric City Rock Gym is a full service climbing gym and has an active outdoor guiding program. Wilderness Discoveries Guiding is the outdoor guiding aspect of the gym. The trips can be scheduled for individuals or groups up to 12 people. The trips are guided to a local climbing area and the gym provides all of the necessary equipment, instruction, and safely manages the climbing for you or your group. The guides for these trips are fully sanctioned and insured by the Electric City Rock Gym and licensed by the State of New York. The guides for the Electric City Rock Gym are all experienced guides that have a combined twenty years climbing and guiding in the outdoor industry and are AMGA top-rope certified. Outdoor trips are a great way to enhance your rock climbing experience and build on the skills you learn in the indoor gym environment.
